The American Public University System (APUS) received Great Place to Work® certification for the second consecutive year. This designation recognizes the institution’s workplace culture and employee experience based on feedback collected through the organization’s standardized assessment process.

The certification process evaluates companies based on employee survey responses regarding trust, leadership, and overall workplace environment. APUS participated in this assessment to measure staff sentiment and organizational health. The Great Place to Work® program grants this certification to organizations that meet specific benchmarks for employee satisfaction and workplace standards. APUS officials confirmed that the university maintained these standards throughout the most recent evaluation period, marking the second year the institution has qualified for the recognition.
