Booming Bioanalytical CRO Sets Sights on Australian Market with 360biolabs Acquisition

After establishing its footprint in the west, Durham-based BioAgilytix Labs is looking to broaden its presence on the other side of the world. On August 16th, the leading global contract research laboratory announced plans to buy Australian CRO 360biolabs for an undisclosed amount.

BioAgilytix is currently operating in two US locations; Durham, North Carolina, and Boston, Massachusetts. Besides, it also has a laboratory in Hamburg, Germany. With the latest acquisition of 360biolabs, the company aims to extend its services to customers in Melbourne, Victoria.
