EirGenix Strengthens U.S. East Coast Presence, Leveraging DCAT Week and TCA Multi-City Events to Expand Global CDMO Opportunities
This week, EirGenix (6589.TW) traveled to the U.S. East Coast to participate in DCAT Week 2026 in New York, while also engaging in a series of pre-DCAT, DCAT, and post-DCAT forums and partnering events organized by the Taiwan CDMO Alliance (TCA) across Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C. Through these initiatives, EirGenix further enhanced its engagement with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and actively expanded its global CDMO business opportunities.
During the trip, EirGenix not only focused on one-on-one business meetings with potential clients during DCAT Week, but also leveraged TCA-led activities across multiple cities to connect with strategic partners and industry resources. This approach enabled the company to increase both the efficiency of opportunity conversion and the depth of potential collaborations. In addition to CDMO services, EirGenix also explored opportunities in biosimilar partnerships, expanding possibilities in product development and licensing collaborations and further strengthening its dual-track strategy.
EirGenix noted that, beyond participation in single-event exhibitions, integrating DCAT Week with multi-city TCA activities allows for broader and more continuous engagement with diverse client segments, including large pharmaceutical companies, growing biotech firms, and venture-backed startups. By addressing different stages of product development, EirGenix provides tailored, end-to-end CDMO solutions to meet varied client needs.
Amid ongoing global pharmaceutical supply chain restructuring and risk diversification, CDMOs are evolving from traditional outsourcing providers into strategic partners for drug developers. With its flexible and reliable manufacturing capacity, globally compliant quality systems, and extensive experience spanning multiple biologic modalities and biosimilars from development to commercial production, EirGenix continues to attract international clients seeking long-term partnerships.
In early 2026, EirGenix reported revenue growth exceeding 100% year-over-year, reflecting the gradual conversion of previously signed CDMO contracts into recognized revenue and indicating that its capacity and business development strategies are entering a harvest phase.
Beyond CDMO services, EirGenix has also demonstrated continued progress in biologics product development. Following EG12014 (a trastuzumab biosimilar), the company signed a second global collaboration agreement in November 2025 with Sandoz for HER2-targeted EG1206A (a pertuzumab biosimilar), with a total deal value of up to US$152 million. This milestone further highlights the growing recognition of EirGenix’s R&D and commercialization capabilities in the global market.
EirGenix stated: “Through the DCAT and TCA series of events, we have not only strengthened relationships with existing clients but also expanded multiple new collaboration opportunities. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage our technology platforms and process optimization capabilities to help clients accelerate product development and time to market, while jointly enhancing the resilience of the global biopharmaceutical supply chain.”
