NEWSFLASH

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will consolidate offices responsible for travel and information technology (IT). However, the agency currently has no plans for a broader reorganization. These changes aim to streamline operations within the FDA. Specifically, the consolidation will bring together the offices that manage agency-related travel and the IT infrastructure that supports the FDA’s work. While this consolidation represents a change in how these specific functions are handled, the FDA clarified that it is not pursuing a larger-scale reorganization of the entire agency at this time.
