Global Cannabis Applications Corp. (GCAC) and RevoluGROUP Canada Inc. entered into a commercial development and revenue-sharing agreement on June 5, 2026. The partnership integrates GCAC’s proprietary medical cannabis tracking technology with RevoluGROUP’s financial and digital payment infrastructure to facilitate international transactions within the cannabis sector.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to deploy GCAC’s “Efixii” blockchain-based platform across RevoluGROUP’s existing digital ecosystem. This integration aims to provide a secure, transparent method for tracking cannabis products from cultivation to point-of-sale while processing related financial settlements. Both organizations will share the revenue generated from the utilization of these combined services. The companies intend to target markets where RevoluGROUP currently maintains operational licenses, leveraging the platform to manage regulatory compliance and payment processing for medical cannabis distributors and consumers.
