Grounded People, a sustainable footwear company, has announced plans for a non-brokered private placement and the initiation of a strategic review. The company disclosed its intention to raise capital through the private placement, which will involve issuing up to 10 million units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant allowing the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.10 within two years from the closing date.

In addition to the private placement, Grounded People stated it is undertaking a strategic review aimed at evaluating potential opportunities for growth and operational improvements. The company indicated that this review may include exploring partnerships, acquisitions, or other avenues to enhance shareholder value. Management emphasized that there is no guarantee any specific transaction or outcome will result from this process. Further updates regarding both initiatives are expected as developments occur.
