LoanCare, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, launched a new mortgage servicing platform called CoreSync on Wednesday. The company designed this digital interface to integrate loan data and servicing workflows into a single centralized system for its clients.

The platform aims to streamline communication between mortgage servicers and homeowners by providing real-time access to account information and transaction histories. CoreSync automates several routine administrative tasks, including payment processing and document management, to reduce manual data entry requirements. LoanCare officials stated that the system currently supports existing loan portfolios and provides automated reporting tools for institutional investors. The company intends to roll out the platform to its entire client base throughout the remainder of the year.
