Mercury One Leases 172,089-Square-Foot Office Building in Irving, Texas

Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced on Tuesday that it has facilitated a lease agreement for a 172,089-square-foot office building in Irving, Texas, on behalf of property owner Orion Properties. The commercial space will now serve as the new location for Mercury One, a nonprofit organization.

The transaction involves the entirety of the office facility, which is situated within the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Cushman & Wakefield managed the leasing process for Orion Properties, securing the long-term commitment from Mercury One. The move marks a significant transition for the nonprofit as it relocates its operations to the Irving site.
