New Study Explores Impact of Lifestyle, Diet, and Community on Aging

A groundbreaking study is set to examine how lifestyle choices, dietary habits, and social connections influence the aging process. Known as the Arlington Study of Healthy Aging (ASHA), this research initiative aims to uncover key factors that contribute to healthier aging.

The ASHA study will recruit 600 volunteers between the ages of 50 and 80.
