Orvana Minerals Reports 150 Meters of 1.2 g/t Gold Equivalent at Taguas Project in Argentina
Orvana Minerals Corp. has released the initial results from its deep drilling program at the Taguas Project, located in Argentina. The company announced that the findings include significant mineralization intervals, which could indicate potential for further resource expansion at the site.
According to the report, one of the key drill holes intersected 150 meters of mineralized material grading 1.2 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold equivalent. Another notable result included a separate interval measuring 75 meters with an average grade of 2.5 g/t gold equivalent. These results stem from a series of exploratory drill holes aimed at assessing deeper zones within the project area, beyond previously explored depths.
The company stated that these findings are part of an ongoing exploration initiative designed to evaluate untapped resources and enhance understanding of the geological structure at Taguas. Additional drilling is planned to confirm continuity and expand on these early results. Orvana noted that it will provide further updates as more data becomes available from this program.
