Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc. released its financial results for the third quarter and year-to-date period of fiscal year 2026. The company reported a net revenue of $300 million for the third quarter, reflecting a 5% increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year. Year-to-date revenue reached $900 million, marking a 4% growth from the prior year’s figures. The company attributed this performance to strong demand across its core product categories.

Operating income for the third quarter totaled $75 million, up from $70 million in the same quarter last year. For the nine-month period ending December 31, operating income stood at $225 million, representing a slight increase compared to $220 million during the same timeframe in fiscal 2025. Prestige Consumer Healthcare also reported earnings per share (EPS) of $1.25 for the third quarter and $3.75 on a year-to-date basis, both showing modest growth over prior-year results. Company representatives cited effective cost management strategies and continued consumer interest in healthcare products as contributing factors to these outcomes.
