Revelation Biosciences recently broadened its Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) Advisory Board. The company has appointed Dr. Steven Coca and Dr. Samir Parikh, both recognized experts in nephrology and critical care, to provide guidance on the development of Revelation Biosciences’ REVTx-99 program. This expansion aims to bolster the company’s expertise as it advances its research into potential treatments for acute kidney injury.

Dr. Coca is a Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and serves as the Director of Clinical and Translational Research in Nephrology. Dr. Parikh is a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a staff physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he leads a research laboratory focused on kidney disease mechanisms. Both new advisors bring extensive experience in AKI research and clinical practice, which Revelation Biosciences anticipates will be invaluable as they continue to develop REVTx-99.
