Seer and Precision Health Research Singapore (PRECISE) have entered into a collaboration to conduct deep, unbiased proteomics analysis on 10,000 samples from the PRECISE SG100K study. The partnership aims to leverage Seer’s proprietary technology to advance understanding of proteomics in relation to health outcomes within Singapore’s population.

The PRECISE SG100K study is part of Singapore’s National Precision Medicine program, which seeks to collect and analyze genetic, lifestyle, and clinical data from 100,000 participants. Under this agreement, Seer will apply its advanced proteomics platform to analyze proteins in the collected samples without bias or pre-selection. This approach is intended to provide comprehensive insights into protein expression patterns across diverse individuals. The findings are expected to contribute valuable data for ongoing research into precision medicine initiatives in Singapore.
