Shreya Acquisition Group has set the price for its initial public offering of 10 million units at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $100 million, the company announced Wednesday. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share.

The units are slated to be listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “SAGU” and are expected to begin trading on May 7, 2026. Once the units are traded separately, the Class A common stock and redeemable warrants will be listed under the symbols “SAG” and “SAGW,” respectively. The offering is being managed by EF Hutton, division of B. Riley Securities, Inc. The company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on May 9, 2026, contingent upon customary closing conditions.
