SRN Advisors, LLC announced on July 1, 2026, that it will close and liquidate two of its exchange-traded funds: the Siren DIVCON Leaders Dividend ETF (LEAD) and the Siren NexGen Economy ETF (BLCN). The firm expects to complete the liquidation process for both funds by the end of July 2026, following a decision by the Board of Trustees to terminate the funds.

The company will suspend the creation of new shares for both ETFs effective immediately. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 24, 2026, will receive a final liquidating distribution in cash, representing the net asset value of their shares after the funds satisfy all liabilities and expenses. Trading for both LEAD and BLCN will cease on the major exchanges prior to the market open on July 27, 2026. SRN Advisors, LLC advises investors to consult with their financial representatives regarding the tax implications of the liquidation and the reallocation of their assets.
