UMH Properties Declares Quarterly Dividends Including $0.205 Per Share for Common Stock

UMH Properties, Inc. has announced the declaration of dividends for both its common and preferred shareholders. The company confirmed that it will distribute a quarterly cash dividend of $0.205 per share to holders of its common stock. Additionally, UMH declared cash dividends for three series of its preferred stock: Series D, Series C, and Series A.

According to the announcement, the quarterly dividend for the 6.75% Series D cumulative redeemable preferred stock is set at $0.421875 per share. For the 6.375% Series C cumulative redeemable preferred stock, shareholders will receive $0.3984375 per share as a quarterly dividend payment. Meanwhile, holders of the 8.00% Series A cumulative redeemable preferred stock are entitled to a monthly cash dividend amounting to $0.1666667 per share.

The company stated that all dividends will be payable on April 17, 2026, to shareholders who were recorded as eligible by April 1, 2026—the record date for this distribution cycle. UMH Properties emphasized that these payments align with its ongoing commitment to providing returns to investors through regular dividend distributions across its various classes of shares.
