Featured Keynote: Microfluidic Cell Engineering for Immunotherapies

Speaker: Dr. Abraham Phillip Lee

Dr. Lee, a Chancellor’s Professor at UC Irvine, is a renowned figure in biomedical engineering and pharmaceutical sciences. As the Director of the NSF I/UCRC “Center for Advanced Design & Manufacturing of Integrated Microfluidics” (CADMIM), he has earned over 60 US patents and authored more than 130 journal articles.

Recognized with the 2009 Pioneers of Miniaturization Prize and a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors (NAI), Dr. Lee’s groundbreaking research focuses on integrated microfluidic systems for precision medicine, spanning liquid biopsy, microphysiological systems, cell engineering, and immunotherapy. His work has also catalyzed the establishment of several successful start-up companies.
